What’s included
Your quote spells it out.
Every rental with a driver is quoted in rupees for your dates and route. The quote says exactly what it covers; if something is not listed, ask before you agree.
The driver
Included. Their working hours for the day and any overnight expenses are agreed as part of your quote.
Fuel
Agreed with each quote — either in the price for your route, or on your account as you go. We tell you which before you travel.
Tolls and parking
Stated in the quote so nobody is surprised at the motorway toll plaza.
The car
Confirmed for your dates with the quote. If the one you asked for is unavailable we offer a comparable car.
Waiting time
Reasonable waiting is part of a day with a driver. Long waits and extra days are simply agreed as you go.
Payment
Cash, bank transfer, JazzCash or EasyPaisa, on the day. Nothing is charged online.

Questions about hiring with a driver.
How many hours a day does the driver work?
The driver’s hours for the day are agreed with your quote. Tell us your plan — an early start, a late wedding — and the quote is written around it.
Is fuel included?
It depends on the journey. For a fixed route such as an airport run the fare usually includes fuel; for open-ended days it may be on your account. Your quote states which, before you agree.
Can the driver stay overnight on a long trip?
Yes. Overnight stays, the driver’s meals and accommodation are agreed as part of the quote for a multi-day trip.
Will I know who the driver is?
Yes. You get the driver’s name and phone number before the journey.
Do I need to pay a deposit for a rental with a driver?
Rentals with a driver are quoted per journey and settled on the day. Any advance for a long or multi-day trip is stated in the quote — never taken online.
Can I book the same driver every day?
For weekly and monthly arrangements we try to keep the same car and driver so you know who is coming. Ask when you enquire.
Prefer to drive yourself?
Self-drive is available on eligible cars, with identification, a valid licence and a deposit confirmed with your quote.
