Nasir Car Home is a small local business. We ask for as little as we need to arrange a rental, and we keep it only for that.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through this website we save:
- Your name and phone / WhatsApp number, and your email address if you give one.
- Your journey: the car you asked about, driver or self-drive, dates, times, pick-up point, destination, the occasion and any notes.
- The language you used, the time of the enquiry, the page you came from and the type of device, so we can reply properly and keep the site working.
What we do not collect here
The public enquiry form never asks for your CNIC, passport, driving licence, card or bank details. If a rental needs identification, the team will tell you what to bring in person.
How we use it
- To check availability and reply with a quote, by WhatsApp, phone call, SMS or email.
- To arrange the pick-up and return if you go ahead.
- To count how many enquiries and calls the website produces. No advertising cookies, no tracking across other sites.
Nothing is sent from your WhatsApp by this website. The review step prepares a message and you choose whether to open WhatsApp and send it. Messages you then exchange with us are covered by WhatsApp’s own terms.
Who sees it
Only the Nasir Car Home team. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, except a driver assigned to your rental who needs your name, phone number and pick-up point.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay on file so we can serve returning customers and answer questions about a past rental. Ask us and we will delete yours.
