Rental terms

What applies once a rental is agreed. The signed agreement at handover is the full record; this is what it covers.

Deposit

A refundable security deposit is taken before the car is handed over. The amount is confirmed with your quote and returned when the car comes back as it left, less any deductions agreed with you.

Identification

Bring your original CNIC. For self-drive, also bring a valid driving licence. We keep a copy for the rental period only.

Fuel

The car goes out with a recorded fuel level and comes back at the same level. Any difference is charged at the local pump price.

Mileage

Any daily mileage limit, and the rate for extra kilometres, is stated in your quote. If no limit is stated, none applies.

Damage and fines

The renter is responsible for damage, loss and traffic fines during the rental, other than normal wear. Report any accident or damage to us straight away, and to the police where the law requires it.

Drivers and use

Only the named renter, or a driver we provide, may drive the car. The car may not be sub-let, used for hire, raced, used for towing, or used for anything unlawful.

Delivery and collection

Delivering the car to you, or collecting it from you, is subject to confirmation and may carry a charge. Both are agreed with your quote.

Cancellation and late return

Cancellation and late-return conditions are confirmed with each quote. Tell us as early as you can if your plans change.
